The blades do not have proper alignment and needs to be aligned every few days and the LID gets loose every 15 days and a new lid has to be procured from vendor.
The blade shaft and spring accumulates RUST very very frequently even if the JAR is kept in reverse position after usage and assured that it is dry properly. I have to repeatedly go to the vendor for getting replacement of the blade spring which get rusted frequently. The company servicemen say that the we should have minimum of 300 gms of chutney to be prepared which is not acceptable.
If we have only 3 people to consume then, it can’t prepare so less of chutney. My request to all of you.. not to waste Rs.3300 in purchasing this product... It boasts of the RPM and the High Power Motor, but Dry grinding is also useless. It requires 1 Hour continuous grinding of wheat whereas the same quantity of wheat was grinded in just 25 minutes in our previous grinder - Jaipan Make.
The LID gets loosend and continuously requires a person to hold the LID of the JARS elst the smaller detachable LID comes out very easily and automatically due to pressure. When I opted for Consumer Court , their warranty terms was such that I did not get refund of the product so I just threw of the product in DUST BIN I opted to throw off the product with a very heavy heart because loss of Rs.3400/- was very big but the I ALSO GOT RID OF A BIG HEAD ACHE....
