So far so good

I bought this cooler a few months back to beat the Pune heat. Everyone told me that Pune needs no fans, no acs, no coolers, etc. etc. But all that has changed. Thanks to the growing pollution and decreasing green cover. Anyway, we have this cooler. It works fine. There are few minor flaws -

  1. You have to remove the back panel to unplug the water tank. I dont know if the bottom can be plugged from outside.

  2. The stuff that is put in the cooling panels is not put in very professionally. A lot of little bits keep coming off.

  3. In the unit that I have, the back panel is not properly aligned. So it takes awhile to screw things back.

I know this gripes are minor. In terms of cooling a large area, this cooler worked fine. Lets see what happens next season.   Keep in mind this cooler does not come with a built-in mosquito net. I didnt face any problems because of that. But in hindsight I feel, I should have bought a Symphony Sumo.
