I purchased this from flipkart for about 14, 000
is of high grade durable quality
it is easy to use and very handly
taking about the functionality I have used it for over a year
and encountered with no problem
there is a filter change and uv fail alarm which has going good
the service guy had come and changed the filter light is off
however the water quality is fine but I dont understand why
they are not able to get is fixed
I have contacted them a times he come and get fixed
