Bad experience

Hello my all dear friends today I am going to tell my real experience about this so that advantage for all of you.


This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased the below mentioned products from essex engineer, Coimbatore for a very high amount , the machine is installed and till now being serviced only by Kent executive and I don’t have any knowledge regarding the waters purifier .


Once I had called the call center to a lodge complaint starting my problem. Kent sent me a service executive who served the problem and told me that the wall mount is damaged and need to be replaced and asked us not to fill the water to the brim as it might break off. He clearly told me this is the problem with the mount and complaint like this are frequent and told me a lodge a complaint with the kent for replacement. I had called the Essex engineer, Coimbatore and they too asked me to lodge complaint with kent, they told me wall mount does not come Under warranty and after arguing with them they lodge complaint, the response from kent was great, they sent me a massage starting the case is closed for unknown reason.


Again I had called them to check what is the problem , they give me a funny reason starting that they called me once and my number is not reachable . This is the hight of irresponsibility and genius case of avoiding the problem, I again raised the problem and this time they could not avoiding any reason . They agree to send me a executive and he said he will get back to me .


A Lady from Essex engineer called me and said this is not covered under warranty and I have to pay and get the wall mount even if it’s because of manufacturing defects . I argued and she didn’t have any answers because the products serviced only by Kent executive and she said she will do me a favor by talking pictures and said them to kent for feedback. I agreed to it and she immediately close the case starting the complaint resolved. I checked with her why she had closed my case and they replay was she can not have a complaint in open status for a long time, but she promised me to get back to me.


I has been long time and there was no update for kent or the local representative regarding my issues I called the lady in the above mentioned mobile number it was switched off, I called kent customers care number to raise another issue , when I speak to them the call center executive had report no damage to the mount and hance no follow up required and case closed. And I raised a new complaint starting that the issue is still open and unresolved , immediately after the new complaint the executive from Essex engineer called me and said they have received the reply from the kent and the reason is physical damage by customers.


So all my friends this is my personal experience about this product.
