Recently I have purcased Kent R. O from CSD. I gave installation request from chennai and no is 180224-01127. They phoned at 17.00 hrs but I am not available. I asked to come on 25/2/18 or 26/2/18. The engineer Mr. Arun told that he cant come on sunday but he will come on monday. I requested him to come around five. But he spoke in rude manner and he told me that when he is available he will come and I have to wait for his phone call. But I told him I am Dr. S Suresh a senior scientist from CVRDE a lab of DRDO Chennai and I ll be busy with meeting. But he told in a rude manner that it is not his problem and when he is available and calls me you leave your office and come to me for installation. Please before purchase of Kent R. O in Chennai please be ready to face this type of rude behavior by engineers in chennai. Dr. S. Suresh, Scientist E, CVRDE, Avadi Chennai.
