We had installed KENT ro water purifier at home 4 months back as they were showing tv commercial was working very perfectly had no problem with this Purifier.but after some months this machine stopped working properly water had some bad taste and it was not able to provide purified water had asked the customer support guy to fix the problem but they took many days to fix this as they gave reason as parts are not available after that we never used that purifier
