I bought more than 10 months ago kent excel+ at TRICHY working properly no problem, but I don’t know about TDS level of my water condition at present and also leaking of water from Tap so I asking to complaint for service for leaking water , I was call them more than 100 times (shop, regional manager Chennai, send email to HQ) and send email also they never care about .. still I called them no response I spend my money 16500 rupees. please anybody want water purifier think about service this type of product 100% service oriented. So better you choose better product and good service.. Ariff / Muthupet
