1) Never buy this product even if you have to drink water from a well.
2) Service is pathetic. The take AMC but the service men are only interested in somehow replacing the filters so that they can get commission out of the sale.
3) They never clean the filters. They just fool you into replacing them.
4) If they can’t fix your problem, they will point out a fault and try to make money out of some other part which is working fine.
5) They even close your complaints without your satisfaction and rate themselves good for the service on their own.
6) Ever since I have bought this product, I have to shell out 7-8 K per year for filter replacement, AMC etc. One can actually buy a local RO for that money and get a much better service.
7) I plan to use the outer box as a Dustbin in my washroom.
