Bought this purifier 5 months back from online shopping.
The working condition is good for 2 months and then started the main problem.
Once I have seen the purified water in my glass with dust particles from this machine and same thing was repeated.
I called the helpline number and made a complaint they said repair will be done with the cost of almost the new machine.
It a use and throw product which wastes your money.
Do not suggest this to anyone.
