The Kent RO is in no way a small Company in terms of its influence over the market the product produced by the Kent company are really great and of quality nut it wasn’t the case in this water purifier.
The product costed around 15000 and or be honest worked very well accordingly and had a very good water purification system and we were impressed and were satisfied by the product for almost 3 months no problem aroused and there was nothing to be of major matter and we drank it purified water
The problem arised when in 4th month the water purifier was giving a very sour and a metal taste to which we were not used to and even the water unpurified water didn’t had that kind of taste.
Having these concerns we called the service and they are after a week of calling and said some purifying filter is broken and it will cost as not covered in warranty, having no choice we had to pay and paid around 1500 and 250 for the visit.
We were really dissappointed by the product as in the beginning it showed a great promise but in a long run it couldn’t and I am afraid of recommending this to anyone also.
