I bought this product around 1 & half yrs back. At the time of purchasing I was told that I will be given 3 free services during the first year of purchasing which was the warranty period. After buying it, I didnt get a single free service from Kent during this period. After ten months the purifier started giving problems and even after hundreds of calls the service center wouldnt respond. Finally after 20 days they came for a regular servicing but after 3 days of servicing the Purifier started leaking. For this problem the changed the filters of my RO Purifier and charged me 1200/- for it saying that the filter was not covered under warranty which was quite surprising as the filter is one of the most important components of a purifier.
After 10-15 days, the Purifier completely stopped working!!! By this time the warranty had been expired! This time the technician told me that the RO filter had been damaged! And charged me 4500/- for changing the RO filter and AMC... BUT... After two days the filter again stopped working!!! This time I was told that the coil had been damaged and that he will change it within two days... And since then weve been calling the service center numerous times but dont get any other response than arrogance! I changed all the parts of the purifier except for the body eventually and still it wouldnt work!
Weve to buy Packaged Drinking water since we dont have drinking water connection at our place. I had purchased the purifier from Good Mineral RO and I suggest all those reading this to go for some other brand than Kent.
