I bought a KENT RO GRAND+, the top of the line product from KENT, thinking that it would be the best among all. But I was a big wrong. It was purchased on 27 Sep 2011 and no company technician turned up till 08 Oct 2011 for installation. I had to pay for it to a local vendor. Most humiliating thing was that no official of the company ever bothered to respond. I tried at every level.rang up personally.e-mailed them.logged in at company portal. But everything was in vein. Its a pure unprofessional and stupid company. I am going to drag them in the consumer court.
