We boght Kent RO Grand+ from Dwarka(new Delhi) in June2009. It was getting stopped almost every 2 months since it was bought. The customer care & technicians were attending problem & doing time being repair for its occurrence it looks. We had asked KENT RO customer care for the replacement also & they did not considered our request.
After 1 yr warranty again we had repaired it as it was stopped by asking customer care to attend by paying minimum visit amount + additional service amount. Again 4 day back it stopped & yet to be attended though the complaint was launched before Diwali festival. Hence, facing water crisis in festival also. We are now sure that we have lost Rs.14500 for this WORST RO system. The customer care is asking for a annual maintenance contract with Kent RO for our system.
Hence, this is clear that KENT is also sure that their product is not upto the mark & their focus is that they can earn huge money with such maintenance & spares from helpless customers. Please never dont select this RO system for the first Human Being survival need i.e. Water.
