I purchased Kent Grand Plus water purifier on 21st Sept and company person came for installation on 27th Sept. 2009 after lot of follow-ups.
Since then I am facing one or the other maintenance issue . It’s electronic components stops it’s operation and it stops filtering the water. Their service engineer come and do some juggad.
They temper the electronic components but make it run for few days. These poor people also are frustrated with number of complaints.
I asked for replacement or proper service and spoke with Regional Manager Bangalore. He is least bothered about consumer problems. I am regretting now and will not recommend any one to buy this product.
