I have bought this kent RO 13 months ago. It is not working well. It is totally in bad condition. I am not satisfied with this RO.
It is not friendly with me. On using this , I say as, a customer that it is not a good product. Only using this for 7 months it stop purifying the water , and it felt defect.
This product is not very durable. My durability is only 7 months. Its time to felt defect is very small.
This RO is not too handy. But it easily purify the water. It is very costly and its working and function. In purifying the water it is handy , but it was defective for me.
Its style and design is good. I like its style and design but I like a best working RO not a stylish RO. I feel not good on using this RO. It doesn’t satisfiy me about its working. But its style and design is amazing.
It service and support is not good. On defecting my RO I call to its shop but after a long period of time they came to correct my RO. I really dislike its service and support.
So , as a usager I say that this is not a good product. We should not use this. This product is worst.
