I bought this product 1.5 years ago right from the installation stage they want to make money for e.g. they would charge additional for the candle filter which normally included in the package. A month ago I had the unit serviced with activated carbon, candle filer cartridge and other unit replaced paid approx Rs.1500. 3 day ago it stopped working so I called Kent technician he said the adapter has conked so it Rs.1100 and RO membrane has become weak so another Rs 2200.
Further he analyzed the motor has started leaking so motor replacement cost another 2000. So overall if the product is so expensive and fragile that you have shell money very now often. In all 1, 5 years I have must have spend 10, 000 maintaining this product and now I have made my mind to scrap this product. I have written a review on kent earlier regarding bad service I am writing again for fellow Indians dont waste your hard earned money on this shitty product.
Marketing folks from kent will very easily say phone was not reachable....the standard reply for cover up.
