Using Kent RO for 2.5 yrs. Bought for 16000 and have so far spent 13000 Rs. Have replaced uv lamp, adapter, filters etc. Not sure why parts are so expensive and for adapter and uv lamp they say it is because of voltage fluctuation. Doesn’t Kent have inbuilt stabilizer. Why parts are not in proper Kent boxes.Just to check Tds I had to shell out 300rs service charge. Every time even minor problem 300 Rs is the service charge. Pathetic and money looting brand.
