I bought this product in January. These people even sold me an additional filter for Rs1500 other than original 14500.
Around March, I had observed ants coming out of the purifier and had called the service center. The service person put a tape around the lower container and told me that water was too sweet attracting ants. Wow, and I thought the "computer controlled" machine will dispense the water with just the right amount of "minerals"! And a tape to stop the ants. For Rs 15000, these people can’t build a airtight/ant-proof container!
Yesterday, again, I saw a bunch of dead ants coming out of water. I do not know what kind of water I and my family have been consuming for last 6 months. I have lodged a complaint asking for the product to be returned. I have experienced their product, now is the time to see the service.
