We bought a Kent Grand and within a month the filter stopped working. A week after repeated daily reminders, the serviceman came, inspected, and declared that the company does not have the required part and hence he would return once the part becomes available. That was the last we saw of the Kent serviceman. Since water is an absolute necessity, we called in another service company who bought the same part from Kent and repaired it in a day. Looking at the number of dissatisfied customers who have taken the trouble of sharing their experience, and several more who have not done so, it is strongly recommended that anyone considering buying a water filter would better avoid buying Kent.
