**Worst after sales support by Kent**.
I had bought a Kent Grand+ 8-Litre Mineral RO+UV Water Purifier in January 2015 through Amazon.

**Product is still under warranty**
I am facing a issue from last 15 days that it is not dispensing water
I called multiple times to Kent customer care and raised many complaints. Following are the Kent complaint numbers:
a. 151109-02459
b. 151113-03343
c. 151117-04357
d. 151118-00273
**Kent technicians are closing the complaints without resolving the issue(even not visiting my home).**
This is the worst quality of customer support team/After Sales support.
I feel following is the root cause:
1. I bought the product in online: Dealer/Franchise is thinking, customer has bought the product in Amazon, why should I provide service? and Amazon is telling, they are only platform to sell the products., After sales support is not related to it. Finally, end customer is who suffering for buying product through Amazon.
2. Kent technicians are thinking, since the product is under warranty, even if they visit my home to rectify this issue, they wont get any service charges
**What is my mistake here other than buying a Kent product by paying heavy amount?**
**If you respect your hard earned money, STAY AWAY FROM KENT**
