Water Purifiers – something we as a whole need in our homes. It is generally a basic framework where once purchased, it never makes issue. We had Aquaguard for quite a long time however it was old and we considered supplanting it with a Reverse osmosis framework. We were inspired by the promoting and publicizing of KENT, and supposing it to be a decent brand decided on it. It is the most costly item in its class. I am one hopeless shopper, who trusted on this organization and could never at any point think or prescribe it to anybody.


My Misery Story!


We purchased Kent Grand on 10.09.2011 from Aquair Service Point, Lucknow.


We skimmed the number on net and were gone to instantly by the Sales Personnel. He went to our home. He clarified us distinctive frameworks however demanded us to purchase the Kent Grand, as it was the best model Kent was having. We approached him for any rebates or offers. He gave us one year service contract certification and gave us the same in composing on the bill. We requested the organization stamp on the bill or the service agreement. He guaranteed that these are the organization papers and needn’t bother with any stamps. We purchased the framework.


For first year our framework worked flawlessly.


We needed to move our area in August 2012. We rang KENT RO administration, Gujarat for the re-establishment of the machine. They came however the machine was not working. Since it was in guarantee period they needed to repair it for nothing. It took them just about a month to correct the issue. At the point when the machine at long last began working, we grumbled the Service Engineer who was going to our issue about the essence of water.


He checked the TDS of water, which was more than 200 that time, though typical reach we requesting that they have was 60-70. He persuaded us that since the parts have as of late been supplanted we need to change the water 2-3 times and the taste would be back. We did the methodology he asked us to however it didn’t change. We got back to him. He came, said that he was not having the gage with which he could check the TDS and would return in a day or two.


Since our machine at long last was working, we persistently sat tight for him to return. We attempted to ring him a few times yet he didn’t go to our call.


We again put our grumbling at the nearby administration focus in mid-November, trusting that they would now return back. Be that as it may, nobody came.


We again recorded the same protestation in Feb. The same architect came. He changed a section and charged us 480/ - for the same. Since now we had no trust left on the KENT RO, we requesting that he demonstrate to us the TDS between 60-70. He took the perusing. It was still 230. He requesting that we refill and do likewise. We requesting that he stay and check yet he denied essentially saying he was not going to remain there for that much time. Since we declined to pay him, he returned following day and still the TDS was more than 200. He changed another part and charged us 3000/ - . We addressed the Service Head Mr James, and he gruffly let us know that we need to pay since now the machine was not in guarantee. When we cited him that this issue was never redressed, he declined to recognize any protests or pending issues at their end. When we discussed the service contract that was given to us, they gave us the feeling that Lucknow was an alternate KENT RO organization than Gujarat KENT RO organization. So they would not recognize any guarantees composed by them.
