I am an AMC customer for Kent Perl, since the last 10 days my water purifier in dead condition because on 10 June 2021 one technician from Dr. Aqua came and did some changes. I am following up for the last 10days, the customer care telling new stories every day and not sending anyone for repair. After continues call got the manager number(Shiva Nayak 725991xxxx), he is also not picking my call from last 3 hour. Can anyone suggest what to do in this case.
