Service is very poor and below standard

My Kent pride is still within warranty but I am forced to write this feedback. The machine worked for 6 months and after that the parts started failing. First it was one of the filters. Then it was one of the motors and now it is the RO membrane itself.


But I am more worried about their service as they first fool us by saying 24 hrs response time.


Then they say it is 24 hours working time which then they clarify is 3 days. That is for the visit to identify the problem. Then they will look for the part whether it is available in store. This may take one or 2 days. I stay in Noida where they have their head office. But still it takes them 3 to 4 days to rectify a problem. If the problem happens again they do not have a system to the issue quickly. So you may be in for a torture if the problem does not get resolved in one visit.


It is extremely difficult to get to the call center. Their toll free number will ask you dial a Noida landline number. And then when will the person pick up the phone is anyone’s guess.


I leave it to the readers on whether to buy KENT at all.
