I got one Kent super plus water purifier. Every thing was fine till the time of the first service. I launch my complain on Tuesday 11-12-2012 to the customer care number 40532424 for the first service of my Kent super plus. Till saturday 15-12-2012 I didn’t got any proper response from the Kent service center.
I would like to advice Kent that instead of investing so much on advertising please invest some to give better service to the customers. Thank you and I hope so.
