I purchased Kent Super+ model around 10 months back. I had around 3-4 services during this period. Every time we noticed that the TDS was going down to 20 when it was set as 35-40. It means the minerals are getting stripped out of the water, which is quite a health hazard, especially for the kids.
Also during the previous and current service, we notice a layer of dirt in the water storage tank. When we asked about this, the service person was claiming that the users should clean the tank every week. But he was unable to answer when I ask him where that dirt layer is coming from.
Obviously from the processed water. So, it looks like Kent claims a lot but doesnt seem to even filter the water for dirt. Since the service guys were not responding positively, I logged a greviance in the Kent website to take the product back and refund the amount. I lost my trust on this product. It gives me a disgusting feeling that we have been drinking dirty water till date from a product which we spent almost Rs.15K on. If they dont respond back positively, I plan to go to the consumer court for the same.
