Usually I use to buy any products by reading the reviews from mouthshut, I was just a reader, now this Kent water purifier made me a create a new login.
I bought this kent water purifier some 6 months back, as it has both RO and UV process of cleaning, but the most imortant thing which I didnt look while buying is it service part.
These kind of products, service is very critical, because we dunno when the water turns bad and when we neeed service, we intake the water every day and as all u know water is the main cause for many diseases. Although the product is good, maintanence is very important.
Periodic service of these products are very important, you cannot take it easy/granted if you mmiss any service. My problem is I am calling this Kent guys for doing a periodic service for the past 2 months, every week end I use to call and till now no body turned up, they just simply tell they will come, but when.?
So my suggestion for those who are buying a water purier, please check about how is your service in your locality and then decide. Dont ask the Kent Guy about the service, ask some one who is already using.
My suggestion to the Kent CEO/management is have a systematic procedure for taking the co mplaint and work accordingly with priorities, dont try to sell only the products but try to give proper service too. If you dunno what is systematic, then buy one Aquaguard and learn from them.
Now I am thinking instead of calling these guys, I will buy my own TDS meter, to check the quality of water it delivers every day and then drink.
