I have bought this two weeks ago. the product is good but the service is very bad.it looks like a local company service.
After buying the product, the company person came after two weeks. and that too when we called him daily for coming.also the shop owner called him nearly 5 to 6 times to come.
The person who came for installing doesn’t know anything. simply he drilled in wall and hanged it. there was wires all around in the kitchen .there is no switch nearby so he putted one extension board and plugged into it.he kept it on the kitchen shelf.
Also he kept the drainage pipe on the sump were the utensils are washed.Due to that, we cant can’t even collect the drainage water to use it somewhere.i have to do every bit of work.i worked for half hour and there was not even one wire or drainage pipe visible, and the water can also be stored from the drainage pipe.
so this is the kind of professional and experienced work done by the company person.although I am satisfied with the product.
