Non-existent customer service

I purchased a Kent RO filter some time back. It has required frequent maintenance and to get someone to come and have a look at your filter takes weeks of calling.The most recent problem (with the UV filter not working) has not been fixed for over a month and customer care is not responding at all.


They asked for my contact details and then no response thereafter. When I contacted them again via email they said they haven’t received the contact details (even though you could clearly see it in the previous emails). I humoured them and sent it again. Been over a week now - still no response.


Update: 22 Oct - Still facing the same issue. No one has visited to check what the problem is.
