Worst customer service I have ever seen by any company. never buy Kent product, they don’t have any process for customer service
There is no centralised customer care number, whatever number they publish on their website, no one picked up.
They have network of their useless agents who always there to cheat customer.
-No escalation process even if you have problem
- Even you write email on facebook, no resolution.
summary, I still regret my decision to buy this product after so many years.
