I have been using Kent for 3 years and every couple of months, I need to make calls to service center. they just don’t respond, their guy does not turn up and once turn up, will not be able to resolve the problem. Kent if works, may be good but it needs to give water so we can drink/use. The carbon filter will break, automatic water leakage system will ensure that you have problems every 6 months and have to pay 1-2 thousand every 6 months. I wont recommend you to buy it in Pune as its more of a harrassment.
I am just thinking to throw it and buy another one from other company which may have better durability and service.
In last 6 months, I spent 4000 + 2000 for same parts which were replaced earlier. they provide just 3 months warranty and part gets blown just after 100 days or so. Their rates are not constant. Small parts like connectors they charge Rs.120 sometimes and another just Rs. 30.
