Earlier I was using local water can, cost was not that much but it was problematic. Daily you have to call him, He used to come after 1 hour and then taken back old can. Many time local shop used to came but nobody was there at home.
Now to avoid all these kind of daily problem, we decided to install water purifier at home. After discussion with many frineds, we decided to go for kent water purifier and on that day it was best offer on paytm, so we ordered and get it installed. At the time of installation, service person, shown us water quality on purity device and also described us to use water pre filter for its long life.
Recently, there wa some issue with and we called customer care. Person came within 1 hour and advise to change its all 5 filter but cost is very high. Replacement cost of all filter is 4800 Rs after negotiation which is too high.
After its replacement, till now no issue and working fine.
