Kent RO System has the poorest service.

When the marketing executive came at my place he showed all the brochure and models of their company. It was then written 1 year warranty on all models of Kent RO System.


We purchased one of them and voila trouble started as soon as they installed it. In first 5 months of period we had registered 15 complaints and no one bothered from their service department to take it seriously. Every time their service engineer "Ghanshyam" from Dwarka came to us, assured that the machine will work fine from now ownwards. But it seemed that they don’t know what they are doing. Cam the sixth month and we had to registered 9 complaints alone in that month and the same story repeated.


In the seventh month when our RO system refused to work, we called the service center of Kent, and again the same guy appeared. You know what he said, "6 months warranty period is over and filter needs replacement. You have to spend Rs. 400 for it." We were shocked.


When we called their head office, they said we are offering 6 months warranty only. You can see our current brochure.


Finaly, we removed the RO System of KENT and using another company’s, some Australian brand without any problem for 8 months now.


SO THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE KENT RO SYSTEM, BE CAUTIONED TO BEAR SOME MENTAL ABUSE BY THEIR PRODUCTS.
