I just bring into the notice that I have called so many times to customer center to send technician to test water quality and filters change. They always used to say, "Sir technician will call you" but didnt get any call since long time. Everyday getting same answer.
I have done the big mistake to buy Kent. I just warn you guys, please think twice before buying Kent. They dont have good service support. Now planning to call local vendor to fix my kent issues.
