I am using KENT RO water purifier for last 3 and half year. They are giving free service offer. But, charging exorbitant amount in the name of spare parts.
This product fails frequently and minimum anual maintenance expenditure is Rs. 12, 000/-.
So, one should avoid buying any product of KENT.
