Filters costing 4000needs to be replaced frequently . Technician simplyblame it on poor quality of water !! Instead of improving quality they are just fleecing customer !! If it’s because of poor quality of water then whole of apartment complex wherever There system is installed should face similar issue which is not the case.
Keep writing to customer service they will give only standard reply that warranty is only 90 days !! Very poor customer service . No escalation is available other than just the central customer service. No one from senior service team bothers to contact customer to understand the concern !!
