KENT RO has a very poor service in Bangalore. Here is my story:
I purchased KENT RO water purifier on 14 Sep13 through Aishwarya Solar Technologies (an authorized third party responsible for selling and repair of machines).
Since then, the machine has stopped working every 3-4 weeks. All of a sudden there is no water in the machine. Since the machine is in warranty period, I raised complaint each time. Please note that Kent channelizes the repair service through the third party you purchase from. Even if you call Kent customer care no, they ask you to request repair from the third party.
The service guy from Aishwarya Solar Technologies came each time for service but with 4-5 hrs delay or 1 day delay. And they do not work on Sundays. Each time the service guy repaired the machine and clearly mentioned that there wont be any problem going forward. But the problem continued and we had to raise new request every 3-4 weeks. Till date we have raised 7 complaints.
Technically I understood that there was issue with the choke. But as a user its extremely frustrating to
Face this problem again and again.
Indifference from the third party (Aishwarya Solar technologies). They send the serviceman but do not take responsibility of resolving the problem. They do not have track of complaints raised.
