I bought Kent pearl two years back. But I have already had atleast 4 round of service( regular or parts going bad) costing me around 7 thousand. When I have expressed displeasure with service guys and manager they were very rude and asked me "whether I want to replace the unit or not? " As per them entire fault with hard water.
Don’t buy Kent even if you like Hema malini.
