I bought a KENT RO from Croma, Marthahalli, Bangalore but realized quickly it was a stupid mistake. The service guys (owned by a guy named Anjan) came to install it twice but soon after they left it started to leak really bad causing damage to my kitchen. Later I could see in this forum and others that service is a big problem for these guys.
To anybody looking for a good water purifier, I would highly recommend to avoid Kent.
