After Sales Service is very poor

I am from New Delhi. After sales service of Kent RO is very poor. I had purchased Kent RO system 15 days back for my home. After 3-4 days from the date of installation I noticed a leakage from the pipe and immediately I made a complaint at their Noida office and requested them to send their service person before 10 AM or after 6 PM as there is a water problem in our society, but till date no one has come for serciving.


I have made more than 5 complaints in last 10 days but no action has been taken till date. Today when I again called at their Noida office, they informed me that it is not possible for them to send the person before 10 AM or after 6 PM as their office timing are from 9:30 AM till 5:30 PM only.


When I told them that at the time of purchasing your persons were ready to come before 9 AM and after 7 PM and your person had installed the unit after 7 PM at my home, then why they cannot provide the service before 10 AM and after 6 PM, it means that your company is interested only for sale but not for after sales service to the customers, then they assured me that today they will send their person after 6 PM. But still noting has been done.


We are not happy with the type of services they are providing to thier customers.
