Kent RO is good as far as it works. But once you face service/repair forget it.
Their service agents are cheaters. I had AMC with M/s.Magic Waters, Madiwala, Bangalore for Rs.3000/- in May, 2009, from whom I bought the machine. But when the machine was giving problem in December 2009, on repeated call their technician came down and opened the machine and found the RO membrane filter needed replacement.
As he didn’t have stock he told me that the next day he would replace it, but never turned up. Repeated call to Magic Waters office would yield the same reply that they would attend. And now seeing my tel.no. they wouldn’t attend the call also. Such is the service offered by the Annual Maintenance Cheaters(AMC). After taking Rs.3000/- for AMC they have not done one time service and not even Re.1/- spares replacement even though the AMC covers service/replacement of all spares and filters. So M/s Magic Waters, Bangalore is a biggest cheater and no one should enter into any AMC with them. I am going to sue them in Consumer Court, Bangalore to get back the AMC amount and compensation for the incurred losses.
