Be prepared.if you are putting your money into Kent water purifier, you might as well throw that money away.we got Kent purifier from Orange Impex(authorised distributer) about 6 months ago.just used it for about 4-5 months and we are already repenting spending my hard earned money on it.the product maybe fine but during installation they used inferior quality hardware due this one morning we woke up with our whole kitchen flooded with water(not just the floor, even my cabinets, walls, dishwasher, etc was sprayed and covered with water due to the broken "T").after 2 days of following up(even tried calling the Mumbai numbers listed on the company’s website.no one even picks up!) and no drinking water in our house finally the maintenance guy from Orange Impex showed up.he fixed the hardware and demanded Rs. 450 for it.even though the product was still under warranty.his claim was that the hardware couldn’t have broken on it’s own so probably we broke it.when we spent Rs. 15k on a water purifier, why would we break the rusted "T" thing? Didn’t make sense to me so I asked to talk to his manager.the manager threatned to take the hardware away if I didn’t pay up but didn’t bother explaining why I should pay for something that was a product of the company, installed by his person and still under warranty.even talked to the company’s regional sales manager but he too refused to listen to the customer’s side of the story.the manager again threatened to "blacklist" us as customers so that no one will ever sell us any product.such PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE and BAD ATTITUDE.I am really disappointed in Orange Impex and Kent and wish that I had NOT bought their product.if I had done some research on the internet(lot of customer complaints regarding Kent on these forums) before listening to the sales person and bought Eureka Forbes or Phillips instead, I would’ve not had such a BAD EXPERIENCE.All the Best Orange Impex and Kent, with such attitude and professionalism, you will need all the good wishes in the world to survive.you suck!
