Purchased Kent a year back. Installation charge is extra for additional pre-filter. UV light failed in first 6 months and again after a year had to pay as warranty had expired. Tried calling help desk. Lady is very rude. help arrives after constant following and that a third party attends and tries force a annual maintenance contract. Having said that taste of water is so pungent my family stopped drinking water from kent. Had to spend another 10k for Eureka forbes.
