I brought the product 7 months ago. Installation was prompt with no issues. As far as he product goes it is definitely good and I am satisfied with it. UV RO option are unique. Best part is it stores water too. Its easy to use and clean.
Now the bad part.. getting it serviced is a pain.. they are just pathetic
a) you will have a hard time even contacting the service center
b) even if you have a service appointment. They will not turn up. No explanation given.
c) Excessive follow-up required.
d) most unprofessional staff. one excuse I got for the service rep not turning up was because the marriage season was on. what nonsense!!
f) unfriendly working hours.. 11am to 6pm
g) even my email query posted on their main site was not answered.
I don’t think this company would last for long. So please think twice before buying this expensive product.
