I will like to write to the company management for their parts failing frequently. In six month filter failed two times. The main issue is with their power systems which fails very frequently in my apartment. Power fluctuation is not much, we didn’t have issue with any other items like, mixer, TV, DVD etc. Only this Kent RO keep failing. The service engineer was suggesting that even small vibration can damage power systems. Is it that delicate systems
Even this is in warranty period the service takes 3 days. We have to buy water for three days as we have bore well water.
I never had any issue with Aqua-guard. I was using aqua guard with RO that was reason and got KENT RO. This Kent RO is giving problem.
