I purchased Kent RO System last year after completion of a year I contacted their authorized service center Aqua World, Jaynagar(, which is written on the sticker pasted on the filter system by the company), one technician came after 2 days and said that the filters need to be replaced as this has to be done every year. We agreed for the same and paid Rs1100/ towards the cost of filters and Rs400/ towards the service charge, .In 10 mins service person left the place.
After some time we noticed the water is overflowing from the tank as water is continuously flowing without even switching on the system, when we contacted the technician he promised to come but never turned up and when again contacted next day told us he was on leave for a week, Next day, we lodged the complaint with the Aqua World and they promised to send another person which never happened, I wrote to the company’s direct email id but even after a day there is no response from the company also.Our repeated phone calls are falling on the deaf ears.
No wonder if company has this attitude than what one can expect from the service center.I seriously advise all the consumers" think before you buy Kent RO System as there is no service from the company and you will regret your decision.
