Kent RO System Ltd.aking their different kind of purifiers like water prifier, air purifier, vegetable purifier etc. etc.
Their one and company based product id Kent RO Sustem water purifier which I am using since last 4 years. Lot of time I get so many troubles with my purifier.like system blocked, non flow of water, badly music etc. After facing the problems I had tried to contact with their toll free number but it never reached.
Then I contact with the dealer in my native town they talked to company person and confirmed me that the engineer will come within 2 days. But the real fact was there were no engineer in the company for public servicw. Because the person came after 8 days but he was failed to repair my purifier.
This type of event happened 2 times to me. After that I never contact with the company I contact with my local mechanic and they made it so nicely that till date there is no problem in using this.So I suggest to all the people dont go for it. Its service is very very poor.So dont buy this product, and dont go for it.
