Bad service and quality of product need

I had raised ticket for service of kent . Service man(Aroopa das) charged me 3500 for filter change. He checked all the component. On the same day filter stopped working.


When reported they send another service man(Balkrishna) after 3 day he check report all component are fine, there would be wiring issue he does not have the kit would come next day. And he does not come even after 3 days.


Again I raised ticket they again send another service man(Sumant) Who say motor is gone you need to replace, it would cost 2400.


Has anyone faced similar issue? Every time there is different service man? No accountability Some make mistake and escape.


Note: Motor was replaced 7 month back as it was within warranty period of 1 yr of machine been brought
