I purchased Kent Grand RO 7 months back. I am using it on corporation water supply. RO membrane of this filter got chocked in just 3 months and was replaced by the service center. but it again got chocked in next 3 months and then it was repaired by the service person using a standby (old) RO membrane with an excuse that we are short of the parts and this part will be replaced with the new one asap.
At the time of selling this product to me, the sales persons told me that it will work fine on supply water and it comes with 1 year warranty.
Recently I came to know that actual warranty on filters (which are the main components of RO) is just of six months and I have to continue with those old filters now. I am very much annoyed with the sales and service of kent mineral RO and cant advice anyone to go for Kent. Also you can find the same unit at CSD canteen in just Rs.9000/- which cost Rs.15000/- in market.
