I am using this product for 4 yrs, totally frustrating service they deliver, they come within 1-2 weeks after 10 calls, then change a part which most of the time run no more than 2 months even RO membrane most costly and imp part has stopped working within 15 days, do you think they are genuine parts, how to confirm if service persons cheat. Service changes place to place. I stay in Kolkata, near ruby my service center is NC sales and service, beware of them.
