Purchase kent ro for once and repent forever

Since I purchased this kent ro system I am in trouble.

First of all it is out of order every now and then. SECOND their service is very poor. they are off on Sunday and receive complaint only in working hrs as if this RO system is a luxury item not an essential item. if this ro system goes out of order on Saturday, the complaint can be lodged, that too after a big struggle as their lines are always busy, only on Monday and if you are lucky the engineer may come on Tuesday.

THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
